Job Duties
- Engage with potential customers to help them create comfortable, efficient homes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer support.
- Work independently while remaining in full compliance with Costco’s rules and regulations.
- Availability for select weekends and staffing in-warehouse events is mandatory.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or product demonstrations is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
- Successful completion of background check.

Pay and Schedule
- Compensation: $20 - $22 (DOE) Hourly
- Part-Time or Full-Time
Spiffs
- Spiff: $50 per sold lead (see policy for details)
