Lead Generator

Job Duties

• Engage with potential customers to help them create comfortable, efficient homes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer support.
• Work independently while remaining in full compliance with Costco’s rules and regulations.
• Availability for select weekends and staffing in-warehouse events is mandatory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or product demonstrations is highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Successful completion of background check.

Pay and Schedule

• Compensation: $20 - $22 (DOE) Hourly
• Part-Time or Full-Time

Spiffs

• Spiff: $50 per sold lead (see policy for details)
