Lead Generation Supervisor + Bonus Potential!

About the role

Develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company’s brand at area events in a large metro market. Build your own Lead Generation Department, with a team of Lead Generators responsible for generating new prospective customers at promotional booths in metro and surrounding area events, fairs, and festivals.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads that result in sales for home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.
• Research, book, and negotiate events for you and your crew to work.
• Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.
• Ensure promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event.
• Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.

• Ability to self-motivate and problem solve.
• Proven leadership skills to succeed while maintaining a fun work environment.
• Computer literacy and technological proficiency, including expansive use of Microsoft Office / Office 365.
• Marketing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Marketing or sales degree recommended but not required.

Pay

$50,000 - $55,000 base salary per year plus monthly bonuses.
