About the Role

This Lead Generation Specialist role operates within a Manila-based full-service travel agency offering domestic and international destinations, various trip types, activities, optional tours, and visa assistance. The position focuses on lead generation with a strong emphasis on commercial follow-through, ensuring that confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated and managed.

Responsibilities

• Review lead generation activities using CRM tools, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of the travel agency’s operations.
• Document role-specific processes and status tracking for lead generation, maintaining clarity on source, owner, status, and next steps.
• Maintain lead follow-up with deadline management, ensuring all actions are traceable and aligned with the agency’s workflow.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility of lead generation activities.
• Coordinate quality control with workflow management, ensuring errors are surfaced and addressed before causing downstream rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level position. The role is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$66,000 per year.
