About the role
ATI Materials is seeking to hire a Lead Functional Analyst - Oracle EBS Supply Chain to join their team. This position can be based in Dallas, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; or Monroe, NC in the Charlotte-metro area.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process management and ERP solution delivery across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9.
- Serve as the functional and process leader for Supply Chain operations including Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders and team members to define operational strategies, identify process gaps, and implement scalable enterprise solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, operational excellence, and cross-functional integration.
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Supply Chain initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional DT teams to ensure successful integration between Oracle EBS modules and enterprise solutions to provide secure and scalable solutions.
- Manage application lifecycle activities including release planning, patching, maintenance, upgrade coordination, and configuration governance.
- Provide leadership for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term corrective solutions across Supply Chain processes and ERP applications.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, solution designs, training materials, and operational support procedures.
- Mentor team members and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and process alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience supporting ERP Supply Chain environments.
- Strong functional expertise with Oracle R12+ (or similar) including: Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Fulfillment integrations.
- Preferred manufacturing, metals, or process manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with ERP integrations, data governance, release management, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Experience with SQL for troubleshooting, operational reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain optimization, warehouse operations, logistics management, or production planning initiatives.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience supporting ERP upgrades, cloud transformation initiatives, or enterprise modernization programs.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence platforms supporting Supply Chain operations.
Qualifications
