Lead Full stack Mobile Engineer (Android/iOS - MAUI + React + Node)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives, drive solutions independently, and proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges. The role involves building and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using .NET MAUI and React, along with backend services in Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects and deliverables from design through production.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for the engineering team.
• Independently analyze problems, research solutions, and make sound technical decisions.
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using .NET MAUI.
• Build and maintain APIs/services using Node.js.
• Work with React-based components where applicable.
• Collaborate with product and design teams.
• Debug and optimize app performance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience.
• Experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills (React Native).
• QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience is a must.
• Backend experience with Node.js.
• Understanding of REST APIs and mobile app architecture.
• Experience with app deployment (App Store / Play Store).

Nice to have

• Experience with state management (Redux, etc.).
• CI/CD for mobile apps.
• Performance optimization and debugging tools.
