Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise full-stack applications.
- Participate in business discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution architecture, code reviews, and development standards.
- Deliver production-ready software through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Provide production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.
- Develop cloud-native applications utilizing Microsoft Azure services.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Design and maintain relational databases using Azure SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop deployment documentation, operational guides, and technical documentation.
- Mentor developers and promote coding standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams throughout project delivery.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer.
- Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Strong experience with React or comparable JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Azure SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake and relational database development.
- Experience with Entity Framework and ORM technologies.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience developing responsive and accessible web applications.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile development environments.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
