Lead Full Stack Developer
Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Lead Software Developer with a focus on UI development to join their team. The role involves working on state-of-the-art web-based technologies, collaborating with other scrum team members, providing input on requirement analysis, design decisions, and driving project directions.
Required Skills
- Experience with open-source Java libraries and frameworks
- Experience using Web and API frameworks including React JS, Spring boot, REST, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, JSON
- Experience in application/web server environment including Wildfly/JBOSS, Tomcat, IIS
- Experience using NX and working with React monorepos
- Experience using Gradle
- Experience with Atlassian products: Confluence, JIRA, and Bitbucket
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions and Copilot
- Experience interfacing with back-end applications using RESTful web services, SOAP, message queues, JSON etc.
Preferred Skills
- Desired experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, K8s)
- Desired experience with Playwright and E2E testing of web applications
- Desired experience with developing and employing custom coding agents for streamlined development
- Desired experience in the Traffic Management or Intelligent Transportation domain
Education & Typical Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of related professional experience
