Lead Full Stack Developer

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage and work with onsite/offshore teams and help the team in finding solutions.
• Leads development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems and department.
• Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
• Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
• Manages and delivers on multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Able to follow established coding standards and ensure implementation team members do the same.
• Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Captures and coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Desired Professional Skills And Experience

• Technical understanding of all aspects of application development and deployment on projects they lead.
• Experience with modern CSS.
• Experience with any modern JavaScript framework, particularly 'Laravel' framework.
• Hands on coding experience in Python, PHP, or C#.
• Experience designing ETLs or APIs.
• Solid understanding of design patterns.
• Relational database experience, including MS SQL and Azure Synapse.
• Experience managing Infrastructure; must have a good technical understanding.
• Active Directory administration experience is highly preferred.
• Microsoft Business Central hands-on experience.
• Hands on Full Stack or API development experience in any programming language.
• Previous success as a manager (or technical lead) on diverse aspects of complex projects.
• Experience working under minimal supervision, relying on experience, research, and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.

Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Ten years or more of related experience.
