About the role

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, manufacturing, and delivering officially licensed apparel, jerseys, headwear, and collectibles for major leagues, teams, and events worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new product lines in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product offerings with market trends and customer needs
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize supply chain management
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of licensing regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in product development and manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software
• Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
• Fluency in English

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
