As a Lead Guest Services Associate at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories.
Responsibilities
- Check Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues.
- Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, etc.).
- Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable.
- Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved.
- Assist management with training new associates or hourly duties as needed.
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
