Lead Framer

About the role

Lead Framers are essential members of our construction team, responsible for designing and overseeing the framing process in residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the framing process for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns and provide updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in framing and construction management
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with scaffolding and working at heights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
