About the role
The Lead FPGA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex digital systems using Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance FPGA-based systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers and hardware designers
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of FPGA designs
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in FPGA technology and contribute to the team's knowledge base
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FPGA design and development
- Experience with Verilog or VHDL programming languages
- Strong understanding of digital logic design principles
- Knowledge of FPGA architectures and tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Altera Quartus
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in circuit simulation and analysis tools
Skills
- Expertise in FPGA design and development
- Experience with hardware description languages (HDL)
- Knowledge of embedded system design
- Experience with FPGA debug and test tools

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
