About the role
The FPGA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) circuits. This role requires expertise in digital design, VHDL/Verilog programming, and FPGA development tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance FPGA-based systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers
- Contribute to the development and validation of FPGA-based prototypes
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of FPGA-based systems
- Document design processes and results for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FPGA design and development
- Experience with VHDL/Verilog programming and FPGA development tools
- Strong understanding of digital logic design principles and circuit theory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with FPGA-based system integration and testing
- Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller programming
- Experience with FPGA-based prototyping and simulation tools
Skills
- Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog programming
- Experience with FPGA development tools and platforms
- Understanding of digital design methodologies and techniques
