We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About The Role" heading), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What We're Looking For), maybe Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Benefits (benefits description), Pay (pay ranges), maybe Schedule not present so omit. Also include a short paragraph for metadata like "Who We Are" maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have content: Who We Are (intro) - could be a paragraph but not a heading? Might be considered "About the company". Not required heading but we can include as

. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings but we should follow. Probably we should include

About the Role

then

... from "About The Role" paragraph. Then Responsibilities (

Responsibilities

) with
  • items from "What You'll Do". Then Requirements (

    Requirements

) with list from "What We're Looking For". Then Preferred Qualifications (

    Qualifications

) maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Then Benefits (

    Benefits

) with list from benefits description. Then Pay (

    Pay

) with pay ranges. Possibly also include a short paragraph for "Who We Are" as intro before sections. We must not include boilerplate like equal opportunity, privacy notices, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace..." etc. Also remove "Please review our Candidate Privacy Notice..." etc. Also remove "The applicant must be authorized..." etc. Also remove "All job postings are for existing vacancies..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: Who We Are paragraph, About The Role paragraph, responsibilities list, requirements list, preferred qualifications list, benefits description, pay ranges. Let's extract. Who We Are: "Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. That's part of Pay Transparency paragraph. We'll include that in Pay section maybe. Pay Transparency paragraph: "Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. Motive offers benefits including health, pharmacy, optical and dental care benefits, paid time off, sick time off, short term and long term disability coverage, life insurance as well as 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
