About the role

This opportunity is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building solutions that bridge technology and business needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams, solving complex integration challenges while shaping the future of healthcare AI technology.

Responsibilities

  • 50% Python development
  • 20% API integrations & automation
  • 15% AI / voice agent development
  • 15% cloud infrastructure & deployment

Daily breakdown:

  • 80% hands-on engineering
  • 5% management duties
  • 15% team collaboration

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong professional development experience with Python
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Hands-on integration experience with third-party systems
  • Knowledge of OAuth, API authentication, and webhooks
  • Experience working with JSON, CSV, and data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments
  • Experience with cloud-based applications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Voice AI or conversational AI experience
  • Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or related telephony platforms
  • Experience with LLMs and AI-enabled applications
  • Healthcare technology experience
  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or HIPAA environments
  • Java or Kotlin development experience
  • Client-facing implementation or solutions engineering background
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or agent frameworks
  • Startup experience
