Hiring: AI Developer Coach Hybrid in Chicago, IL

AI Developer / Coach We are looking for an experienced AI Developer / Coach to help drive the adoption of AI-enabled development and testing practices across the organization. This is a hands-on technical + coaching role for someone who can build with AI tools, develop automation solutions, experiment with emerging technologies, and coach both technical and non-technical teams. Key Responsibilities Drive AI-assisted software development and testing initiatives Design and develop automation solutions using Playwright Support Playwright + MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementation Build AI/LLM-powered workflows, reusable prompts, and automation solutions Evaluate AI-generated code for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability Conduct AI workshops, demos, training sessions, and hands-on labs Mentor developers, QA engineers, BAs, POs, Scrum Masters, and other technology teams Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Software Development, QA Automation, SDET, or Test Engineering Strong hands-on Playwright and automation experience Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar Experience with MCP and AI/LLM development tools Experience with Claude AI, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools Knowledge of AI Agents, LLM workflows, and Prompt Engineering Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and coaching abilities Preferred: GCP/Cloud, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket), Agile/Scrum.
