About the role

As a Lead Food Service Team Member, you will lead by example, support your team, and help deliver fresh food and great customer service. You will keep food service operations running smoothly while ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready to serve. Responsibilities

• Be a leader and team player as you conduct orientation and training to team members ensuring proper & safe food preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service to our awesome customers.
• Prepare and cook delicious Maverik Bonfire food items by following our carefully crafted recipes and maintaining enticing food displays.

Requirements

• Currently ServeSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Ability to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching; reaching above shoulder level and below the waist; bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
• Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Starting pay: $15.52/hr. – $17.52/hr.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required for 24/7 stores, including potential work on nights, weekends, and holidays.
