Lead Food Service Worker

Full-time, onsite role in Jacksonville, Florida.

About the role

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our TRIO Community Meals team. As a lead foodservice worker, you will lead daily onsite operations by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead cold food prep and staging.
• Ensure proper preparation and storage of food.
• Direct food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Order food and paper products as needed.
• Ensure sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Train new staff members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one year’s experience in a foodservice role.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in a supervisory role.

Pay

$20.00–$21.00 per hour.

Schedule

3:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
