Responsibilities
- Assists in planning, production, inventory, and compliance
- Directs actions of other dietary staff
- Leads workflow of dietary functions in the leader's absence
- Performs hands-on duties of dietary staff as a working lead
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year food service experience
- Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment
- Current IL Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification (FSSMC) or Food Manager certification from an ANSI accredited exam provider (ServSafe, Prometric, NRFSP, 360training, StateFoodSafety) within 90 days of employment
- Allergen Certification within 90 days of employment
Preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Computer experience
Pay
Expected pay: $19.96 – $22.18 per hour. Actual pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly position.
