About the role
Join a dynamic team supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) mission planning programs within the Airspace Mission Planning (AMP) enterprise. As the Lead FMS Systems Engineer, you will spearhead the development, integration, and validation of U.S. Mission Planning System (MPS) capabilities tailored to unique country requirements. Your leadership will ensure the secure, compliant, and effective delivery of mission planning tools that facilitate partner nation operations.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Air Force Mission Planning Systems (e.g., JMPS, JOMS), including requirements gathering, system integration, and validation
- Proven expertise supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), especially policy, releasability, and country-specific capability tailoring
- Strong systems engineering background with knowledge of software-intensive systems, requirements decomposition, and verification processes
