Lead Floor Crew Tech

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech Lead to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors. This is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Pay

Pay Rate: $23.00‑$23.00 an hour.

Schedule

Shift: 32‑40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 5:00 pm – 3:30 am. This base schedule may fluctuate based on workload and customer needs; weekend work may be required but will be scheduled in advance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
