Lead Fleet Mechanic needed for fast-growing landscape construction industry leader!

A bit about us:

Based in Hopkinton, MA, we are a leading provider of world-class landscape services that offers a variety of landscape maintenance, design, construction, snow and ice management, and fence installation solutions to commercial businesses, home owner associations, and estates all around the state of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out a preventive maintenance check-list on all vehicles and machines throughout the week to keep operation status at a high level.
• Quickly respond to engine and electrical issues that come up during the work day and solve said issue in a cost-efficient way.
• Provide and spread knowledge to field and warehouse workers to prolong the life of machines and vehicles.
• Promote safety in the workplace.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in auto mechanic/small engine repair.
• Ability to lead a small team of mechanics.

Nice to Haves

• Fleetio software experience.

Salary

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
