Lead Fiscal Analyst

About the role

Under general direction of the Manager II, the Analyst III serves as the lead analyst and subject matter expert for the development and maintenance of the Office of Statewide Hospital Planning and Development’s (OSHPD) annual budget, maintenance and collection functions, financial systems enhancements; and includes maintenance of general ledger and budgetary control accounts. May receive direction from the Office’s Associate Construction Analyst (ACA).

Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) hours each month. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of OSHPD’s annual budget.
  • Oversee maintenance and collection functions.
  • Enhance financial systems.
  • Maintain general ledger and budgetary control accounts.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on fiscal analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Describe your experience providing budget or other fiscal analysis and preparing reports for an organization.
  • Describe your experience as it relates to Accounts Receivable, collections, and discharging debts and bankruptcies.

Pay

$6,623.00 - $8,290.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Schedule

Permanent, Full Time. Hybrid telework arrangement.
