Position Duties/Responsibilities

• Leading a team of senior and junior financial management analysts.
• Budget Formulation, Presentation, and Justification.
• Promulgates, implements, and updates budget call letters and requests for supplemental budget estimates for the DoN, OSD/ OMB, and President's budget submissions.
• Supports assigned programs during DoN, OSD/ OMB, and President's budget reviews.
• Reviews reclamas and PBDs.
• Makes recommendations.
