About the Opportunity:The LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST role is designed to provide strategic financial leadership and partnership across technology organizations. This position is responsible for developing operational performance metrics, managing integrated financial planning and analysis, and driving process improvements. The role contributes by delivering actionable financial insights and maintaining financial governance, which supports informed decision-making and business alignment. Responsibilities:Lead the development and refinement of operational metrics reportingDirect multi-quarter financial planning, forecasting, and actuals analysisIdentify and implement enhancements in financial systems and forecasting workflowsProvide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholdersOversee financial governance and SOX complianceSupervise month-end close processes and review key journal entries Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field; advanced degree or certification preferred5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or finance roles at senior levelsAdvanced financial modeling skills in Excel and Google SheetsExceptional executive communication and storytelling abilitiesProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and enforce financial accountabilityStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPreferred: Experience supporting tech organizations and scaling BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo) Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
