What You'll Do
- Walk active commercial construction job sites daily
- Identify issues, conflicts, and sequencing problems before they impact production
- Work directly with field crews and subcontractors to solve problems quickly
- Ensure work is complete, correct, and ready for the next phase
- Improve trade coordination and workflow across active projects
- Hold crews accountable for quality, readiness, and execution
- Verify field conditions, progress, and site organization
- Communicate clearly with leadership about actual job-site conditions and project status
- Help maintain project momentum by proactively addressing field issues before they become costly delays
What This Role Is Not
- A desk-only management role
- Updating schedules or sending emails
- Remote oversight from behind a computer
- A coordinator position without field involvement
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on commercial construction experience across multiple trades
- The ability to walk a site and immediately recognize what is wrong, missing, or out of sequence
- Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, and job-site workflow
- Confidence to speak up, make decisions, and keep work moving
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Clear communication with crews, subcontractors, and leadership
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple active job sites

Pay
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
