Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex facility equipment across various building systems
Prioritize preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems
Monitor and calibrate HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
Cook up with vendors and contractors, overseeing quality and pricing of maintenance work
Support site operations by working independently after onboarding, with regular meetings with onsite leadership
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED with technical training in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC systems
- Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to analyze system operations, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions
- Strong customer service and communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including climbing and lifting
