Lead Expert - Detroit Twelve Oaks

About the role

This role will be eligible to participate in the monthly commission compensation plan.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators
• Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the Peloton portfolio to overcome objections and close sales
• Aid the Store Manager with total-store CRM management auditing leads to maximize the team's conversion rates
• Act as the floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts supporting a strong sales culture when the Store Manager is absent
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on product demonstrations that build customer confidence in
• Represent the brand with absolute integrity, delivering honest expectations to build long-term loyalty
• Contribute to essential daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a history of exceeding targets
• Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and set the pace on a sales floor without formal management authority
• Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform
• Passion for health and wellness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This is an active position requiring long periods of standing and walking in the store, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 35 lbs or more
• You must be able to physically demonstrate Peloton products and engage with customers during in-store trials
