This is a remote Lead Advisor seat for someone ready to hit the ground running: you'll inherit a set of client relationships to manage from day one while building your own pipeline in parallel. The firm works heavily with technology professionals and stock compensation — candidates who already speak that language will have an immediate edge. You'll have a client base to manage; the expectation is you're also building alongside it.Community-rooted and relationship-driven — ideally you're already plugged into a network you can prospect within. A portable book is a plus but not required.Stock compensation fluency — the firm's client base skews heavily toward tech professionals with complex equity situations. Candidates who already understand RSUs, ESPPs, and NQSOs will ramp faster.Exceptional time management, a growth mindset, and someone who genuinely wants to build — not someone looking for an exit ramp in two years.
