Lead Estimator

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Develop scopes of work across all trades
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients
• Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and proposal development
• Evaluate and qualify subcontractor bids
• Present budgets, schedules, and cost summaries to clients

What We're Looking For

• 4–10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documents
• Experience with estimating/takeoff software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Field experience is a plus
