Lead Estimator needed for a growing construction company. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial goals
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate project planning
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data to provide competitive estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the region

Skills

• Construction estimating software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
• Project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, project management software)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
