Responsibilities

• Service & Product Expert: Act as the go-to resource for protocols and product knowledge.
• Mentorship & Growth: Support the client journey by coaching the team on service protocols, rebooking, upgrades, and retail education.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure the studio maintains gold-standard sanitation and professional excellence.
• Inventory Oversight: Partner with management to keep backbar and retail shelves stocked for clients.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician in NJ with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Confident communicator who can mentor a team with warmth and clarity.
• Professional who thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
• Availability: 4-5 days per week, including one weekend day and one evening.

Schedule
