Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect

About the role

Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect for a healthcare leader, shaping enterprise Salesforce architecture supporting mission-critical healthcare operations and digital transformation. Design scalable, secure solutions connecting core business functions, cloud services, and healthcare applications. Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to establish architecture standards and guide implementation. Location: Remote – US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise applications with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud
• Define secure, high-performing Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business objectives
• Design integration strategies for Salesforce and healthcare applications
• Establish architecture standards and implementation frameworks for Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to architectural principles across teams
• Partner with stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic goals
• Drive digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce technologies and cloud-native services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar experience
• 10+ years in enterprise application development, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles
• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience designing enterprise-scale solutions
• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred, particularly Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and integrations, MuleSoft, and Azure Cloud services
• Strong experience designing scalable and secure solutions in complex environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale implementation programs

Pay

$142,300 – $195,700 annually
