Lead Enrichment Teacher (SY26-27, High School)

The Role

As a Visual and Performing Arts Teacher at Veritas Preparatory Charter School, you will engage high school students in both visual and performing arts. Your responsibilities include:

• Create a curriculum that inspires creativity, critical thinking, and an appreciation for the arts.
• Plan and deliver high-quality instruction while collaborating with a dedicated team of educators.
• Organize school-wide student performances and displays of student work to build community.
• Serve as an advisor for one crew and facilitate daily crew blocks.
• Incorporate elements of college and career readiness into the art curriculum.
• Communicate proactively with students and families.
• Maintain an inclusive environment that respects and promotes diversity in the arts.
• Engage in continuous professional development and collaboration with fellow educators.
• Achieve regular assessment of student performance and provide constructive feedback.
