Lead Engineering
Responsibilities
- Ensure facility safety and compliance: Support the maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Lead maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of completed work in the property management system
- Oversee contractor work: Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance
- Respond to service requests: Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Lead and develop the team: Train and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance
