  • Involvement in all areas of the manufacturing test development process, including hardware/equipment selection, procurement, test code development, hardware integration, system integration, validation, qualification and installation support for manufacturing onsite
  • Collaborate with customer product design teams, providing feedback from product testability, test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, firmware/diagnostics and user experience standpoint
  • Develop production level (low to high volume) manufacturing test strategies and test requirements based on product design hardware and software specifications for new products
  • Create manufacturing test "Testplan" documentation
  • Design and develop test solutions including hardware & software elements
  • Develop new test code and tools for manufacturing test automation from scratch
  • Integrate new tools and other custom code developed by other internal groups or external customer teams
  • System integration, qualification, and installation to meet product, quality and test requirements outlined in the "Testplan" document
  • Debug of tester issues using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies
  • Execute all validation/qualification requirements by applying statistical and common industry methods
