Lead Engineer – Generative AI / Agentic AI

Key Responsibilities Design and develop agentic AI applications using frameworks such as Agent Development Kit (ADK) and LangChain.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM-powered workflows for enterprise applications.Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices to support reliable AI application development and deployment.Develop and maintain cloud-native applications across multi-cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, scalability, stability, and non-functional requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.Identify and resolve technical roadblocks across coding, build, deployment, and application migration.Conduct code reviews, promote test-driven development, and mitigate technology and enterprise risks.Contribute to technology roadmaps and support modernization initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of engineering experience.2+ years of experience with multi-cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, or OpenShift, and hands-on cloud-native development or application migration.1+ years of experience with RAG and/or agentic AI workflows in Generative AI applications. Desired Qualifications Hands-on experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, LLMs, and enterprise AI application development.Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and test-driven development.Familiarity with financial services, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.Strong cybersecurity awareness and experience implementing secure development practices.Proven technical leadership, code review, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
