Responsibilities
- Coaches, teaches, and supervises assigned personnel.
- Resolves employee issues through problem identification and resolution.
- Provides on-site leadership for project teams, building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
- Builds and maintains business relationships across the organization.
- Works cross-functionally with other professionals to address technical inquiries and needs.
- Drives and executes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, manufacturability, and reduce rework.
- Provides strategic direction for engineering projects, ensuring innovative, scalable, and industry-aligned solutions.
- Stays updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive edge.
- Trains direct personnel and customers as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a state of alertness and safely.
- Leadership skills to lead, develop, and coach others.
- Knowledge of employee selection, development, and training procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Advanced experience in heat transfer analysis, fluid mechanics, and process system design.
- Experience with beverage processing equipment design.
- Experience with agitation processes, design, and process design with skidded systems.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other structural analysis software.
- Advanced experience with AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ASME).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar degree program.
- Professional Engineering License.
- Certificate of Engineer of Responsible Charge per ASME Section VIII Division 1 for two or more scope activities.
- Minimum of seven (7) or more years of experience in a process and structural engineering related field.
