Outro Health is building the first digital health solution dedicated to safely discontinuing psychiatric medications, starting with antidepressants. We combine clinical support, evidence-based tapering, and technology to help members come off medication safely.

Location

New York City, or remote within the US or Canada working Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Ship production code every week
• Own major parts of the product end to end
• Grow into leading the engineering team as we scale

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $165,000 – $220,000
• Equity: 0.5% – 0.75%
• Health coverage via Thatch: $1,000/month, plus $250/month per dependent
