Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily building engineering operations
- Maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related building systems
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Respond to alarms, work orders, and emergency repair needs
- Cook up coordination with vendors and contractors performing building services
- Support compliance, inspections, and safety procedures
- Track maintenance activity, equipment condition, and service records
- Help ensure tenant comfort, operational reliability, and building readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and BAS systems
- Experience leading work in commercial buildings
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate multiple priorities
- Strong communication, documentation, and vendor management skill
