Lead Electrician

About the role

Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning NorCal is seeking a Lead Electrician to join our Rocklin Service Center. Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installs
• Mentor and support an assistant electrician
• Ensure quality workmanship
• Deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements

• California Electrical Certification (residential or general) OR C-10 License
• Minimum of 3 years residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in new and existing settings
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Ability to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs at medium to high heights
• Well-groomed appearance and clean uniform and work shoes

Qualifications

• Service Titan experience preferred

Pay

$32.00 - $45.00 per hour depending on experience and certification / plus production and quarterly bonus opportunity

Schedule

Hourly rate with potential for overtime and bonuses
