Lead Electrical Inspector

Typical Duties

• Oversee sub contractor’s work performance is following the defined quality specification. (Monitor and maintain the project quality control objectives)
• Report daily status.
• Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.

Management

• Manage small team of Electrical Inspectors at customer site
• Work directly as the FST Liaison between our QA team of Inspectors and customer's own QA management group
• Support the subcontractors on any training issues

Support

• Sources inspections – materials
• Supports clients RFI process
• Makes recommendation on field issues
• Provides daily project progress assessments

Quality Control

• Develops and analyzes statistical data
• Establishes quality and reliability expectancy of finished product
• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives
• Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality

Minimum of 5 years combined experience in the following cleanroom market sectors: Semiconductor, Microelectronic, Biotech / Pharmaceutical.

Pay range: $50 - $60/hr + per diem for travelers
