Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering efforts on mission-critical and data center projects.
- Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Review and validate electrical designs, ensuring quality, constructability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Support technical risk management, project execution, and client-facing initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in construction-phase activities, including RFIs, submittals, field coordination, and commissioning support.
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with construction-related project involvement.
- Experience leading engineering teams, technical discussions, and complex project deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, emergency power systems, electrical infrastructure, and mission-critical environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial, utility, federal, or large infrastructure projects.
- Design-build project delivery.
- EIT/FE certification.
- Cost estimating, budgeting, and project financial exposure.
- LEED, DBIA, NICET, or similar industry certifications.
Pay
$160,000-$220,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
