What You'll Do
- Create and modify electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues on production equipment
- Program and support PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems
- Manage capital equipment and electrical engineering projects from planning through startup
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience designing industrial electrical systems and machine controls
- Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens preferred)
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar electrical design software
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, sensors, drives, motors, and control panels
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70, and industrial safety standards
- Excellent troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills

- Industrial automation and controls
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- HMI/SCADA systems
- Servo systems and motion controls
- Capital equipment implementation
- Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing initiatives

$110,000 - $140,000 + Excellent Benefits
