Lead Educator - Mayfield Early Education Home Hill

Location: Mayfield Early Education Home Hill, Queensland
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year + superannuation

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Lead a team of Educators in your room to assist with the delivery of above programs
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment
• Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies
• Work across operating hours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an early childhood education setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
• Child Protection training
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule

Rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm
