Role Overview The Lead Echocardiograph Technologist oversees and participates in delivering high-quality cardiovascular diagnostic care. They supervise and coordinate technical and supervisory duties, ensuring efficient department operations, staff competency, and successful accreditation. The role involves supervising echosonographers, managing patient care, and ensuring proficiency in performing echocardiograms, including pediatric and adult cases, vascular studies, and EKGs. The technologist demonstrates expertise in providing age-specific patient care and participates in ongoing education.
