We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Overview: Administrative Offices – Sacramento, CA 95827. Salary Range: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 Salary/year. Title: Regional Manager, Residential Crisis Program | Sacramento Region, CA. Relocations Assistance & Sign-On Bonus Included. In Office/Travel Required + Active ARF Certification Required. - Description: Ready to take your residential leadership experience... (some prose). Then Position Summary. - Qualifications Required: list bullet points. - Pre-Employment Requirements: list. - What You’ll Do: sections: Regional Leadership & Operations, Compliance & Quality Assurance, Staff & Program Development, Communication & Professional Responsibilities. - Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually. - Benefits: list. - Why Advance Kids?: prose. We need to map to sections: About the role (overview description), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (maybe Qualifications Required + Pre-Employment Requirements?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (maybe specific skills listed), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (if any schedule info: In Office/Travel Required, not remote, ability to travel between residential locations as needed, ability to work in-office and on-site; this is not a remote position. That's schedule/location info). So we can include Schedule section with that info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

    for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract details. About the role: Could combine overview and description paragraphs before Qualifications. Let's capture: "Administrative Offices – Sacramento, CA 95827 Overview Salary Range: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 Salary/year Description Regional Manager, Residential Crisis Program | Sacramento Region, CA Relocations Asssitance & Sign-On Bonus Included In Office/Travel Required + Active ARF Certification Required Ready to take your residential leadership experience to the next level? Our vision is to inspire a community where every individual and family’s journey with applied behavior analysis is beneficial and life-changing. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Manager – Residential Crisis Program to support the Director of Residential Crisis Program and provide leadership across our residential locations. Position Summary The Regional Manager – Residential Crisis Program supports the Director of Residential Crisis Program in overseeing the administrative, compliance, and operational functions of multiple residential programs. This position provides leadership and guidance to ARF Administrators while ensuring programs operate in accordance with applicable regulations, agency policies, program designs, and quality standards." We'll put that in

    maybe multiple paragraphs. Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" with subheadings: Regional Leadership & Operations, Compliance & Quality Assurance, Staff & Program Development, Communication & Professional Responsibilities. We could treat each as a subsection but we only have

    for sections; we could embed subheadings as or just as part of

    . But requirement: Use

    for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings inside? It says use

    for section headings (list). Likely they expect only those top-level headings. So we can put responsibilities as a single section with

    Responsibilities

    and then inside we can have
    • for each duty, maybe grouping. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can break duties into list items. Let's extract duties: Regional Leadership & Operations: - Support the Director of Residential Services in overseeing residential program operations and provide leadership, training, and supervision to Residential Administrators. - Monitor staffing, schedules, program implementation, and adherence to agency policies, procedures, and approved program designs. - Provide operational support and Administrator coverage as needed to ensure continuity of services. Compliance & Quality Assurance: - Ensure residential programs maintain compliance with applicable California regulations, Community Care Licensing (CCL), DDS, Regional Center requirements, agency policies, residents’ rights, and health and safety standards. - Conduct audits and review IBSTs, ISPs, Special Incident Reports (SIRs), Program Review Reports (PRRs), and other required documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. - Identify trends in SIRs/PRRs and collaborate with QBMP and Senior Clinical Director/Trainers to ensure trainings are conducted to address needs. - Prepare programs for regulatory reviews and audits; identify deficiencies and partner with leadership to implement and monitor corrective actions. - Ensure Biopsychosocial Assessments are completed as part of intake within 7 days of resident admission and conducted with the administrator. - Attend meetings with CCL, DDS, and Regional Centers as needed. - Monitor required staff training, CEUs, certifications, and other compliance requirements. - Conduct planned and unplanned patient/client/personal record audits. - Aggregate data in preparation for audits and annual reporting in conjunction with CCH Administrators to ensure readiness for Alta Regional’s quarterly QA and DDS 6-month audits. Staff & Program Development: - Coach and support Residential Administrators in staff management, performance, regulatory compliance, and program quality. - Fill in as ARF Administrator during vacancies. - Collaborate with clinical leadership to support consistent implementation of individualized services. - Assist with recruitment, hiring, and intake processes as needed. Communication & Professional Responsibilities: - Maintain effective communication with organizational leadership, Residential Administrators, clinical teams, families, Regional Centers, and other stakeholders. - Maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. - Maintain required professional certifications, including ARF certification, RBT certification, and complete required training and continuing education. - Stay current on applicable regulations, residential services requirements, and best practices. Requirements: Could combine Qualifications Required and Pre-Employment Requirements. Qualifications Required list: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred - CURRENT Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification and minimum of one year of experience as an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Administrator - Minimum of three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities - Exceptional written communication skills, including strong English grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and professional report-writing abilities. - Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, deadlines, and competing demands - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to travel between residential locations as needed - Ability to work in-office and on-site; this is not a remote position Pre-Employment Requirements: - Valid and current auto insurance - CA Driver’s License and DMV report - In-depth criminal background check - Reference verification - Education verification - Immunization records - Negative TB test We could separate Requirements (maybe qualifications) and Skills (maybe specific skills like written communication, organizational, leadership, problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency). But we have many overlapping. We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay (Compensation) and Benefits. Schedule: we have ability to travel between residential locations as needed, ability to work in-office and on-site; not remote. Also In Office/Travel Required. So schedule info. Qualifications: maybe education/experience/certification. Skills: maybe specific skills like written communication, organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency. Requirements: maybe pre-employment requirements (auto insurance, driver's license, background check, etc.) plus maybe the ARF certification? But that is also qualification. We need to avoid duplication but preserve all info. We can split as: - Requirements: Pre-Employment Requirements list. - Qualifications: Education, certification, experience. - Skills: Specific skill sets. Let's ensure we don't lose any info. Now craft HTML. We'll have:

      We also need to include Relocations Assistance & Sign-On Bonus Included from overview. That's substantive; we should include in About the role or maybe Benefits? It's a benefit. Could add to Benefits list: Relocation assistance & sign-on bonus. Let's add. Also note "Relocations Asssitance & Sign-On Bonus Included". We'll add as benefit. Also "Active ARF Certification Required" already in qualifications. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The overview also had "Administrative Offices – Sacramento, CA 95827". That's location;
