Lead DS CEL
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys documenting power, cooling, bonding/grounding, pathways, and room readiness
- Develop layout designs including rack plans, cable management, grounding/bonding, electrical circuits, and equipment placement
- Manage GDIT, Agency, and Subcontractor labor performing room buildouts, rack installation, cable routing, and grounding
- Ensure compliance with UFC, TIA/EIA, I3A, and DoW telecommunications room standards
- Cookordinate with base civil engineering for facility upgrades or modifications
- Support QA inspections and validation of deliverables and as-builts
- Work closely with Network, Fiber Optic, ISP, and OSP teams for integration of infrastructure
- Participate in design reviews and customer briefings as a SME
Required Experience
- BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
- 4–7 years’ experience with telecommunications rooms, data center buildouts, or ISP infrastructure
- Knowledge of grounding/bonding, power specs, equipment standards, and room environmental requirements
- Experience with AFCENT, AFNET, or equivalent DOD telecom environments (preferred)
- Secret Security Clearance

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
