Responsibilities

• Driver Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes to ensure maximum profitability and top-tier customer experiences.
• Team Building & Coaching: Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high-performing team.
• Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition, working closely with our Fleet Manager.
• Safety Champion: Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices.
• Operational Excellence: Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly.

What To Expect

• Field Time: Depending on location, you may spend 50-75% of your shift in the field, keeping our operations running smoothly.
• Flexibility: Sundays and holidays are part of the schedule – because our airline partners count on us every day!

• Ability to meet our driving requirements (must be insurable by company motor vehicle insurance).
