Lead Domain Architect (Investment & Operations)
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead engagement with business stakeholders, operations leaders and enterprise architects to identify and prioritize AI transformation opportunities.
Assess end-to-end investment operations processes and define high-value Agentic AI use cases.
Facilitate discovery workshops, value-stream assessments and business process reviews.
Translate business needs into domain requirements, capability models, target operating models and AI implementation roadmaps.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, AI architects, data teams and engineering teams.
Define Human + AI Agent operating models across investment operations functions.
Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, KPIs and adoption strategies.
Support PoCs, MVPs and production deployments by providing domain leadership and business validation.
Ensure proposed solutions align with governance, control, risk and regulatory requirements.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
